Welcome to 2023 7th International Conference on E-Commerce, E-Business and E-Government (ICEEG 2023), which will be held in University of Plymouth, Plymouth, UK during April 27-29, 2023. ICEEG 2023 is organized by University of Plymouth, technically supported by Xiamen University of Technology, China, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway and Rangsit University, Thailand. Previous ICEEG series had been successfully held in Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, China in 2018, INSEEC Business School, Lyon Campus, France in 2019, online format in 2020-2022.
