Aluminium Brazing Ring and ring are widely used for automatic/manual brazing between aluminum parts, especially in automotive heat exchanger industry.
Aluminium brazing shim/ring are mainly made of AA4047 and AA4045. Tehy could be delivered either in coil or other forms as per customer requirements.
Our brazing shim/ring have been validated by some of world famous auto parts companies and manufacturers of flux-cored brazing wire.
The brazing shim coulc be as thin as 0.1mm(or any other spec on request) in max width 500mm while rings in spiral with any diameter.
