Senator David Shoebridge of the Australian Greens Party and Jason Gann aka ‘Wilfred the TV Dog’ now CEO of Wilfred Cannabis Co have been added to the program of speakers at the 2022 Australian Cannabis Summit.

Award-winning actor, writer, producer and cannasseur Jason Gann is best known for creating and performing the title character in the hit stoner comedy series Wilfred (screened in 35+ countries). In 2019, Jason launched the celebrity cannabis brand Wilfred Cannabis in California, and in 2020 launched Wilfred Hemp & CBD now shipping to most US states. Gann said, “I’m excited to be part of the Australian Cannabis Summit, to share my experiences in the US cannabis industry over the past 4 years, to exchange ideas, and work together towards ending negative stigmas associated with cannabis use as we enter a new era of less restrictive cannabis laws in Australia.”

Senator David Shoebridge will be discussing the Greens national plan to legalise cannabis in Australia in 2023.
