According to the world bank study township and rural economy alone is worth more than 100 billion fast food, catering and restaurant industry it's market size was valued at $2.6 billion and is expected to reach $4.6 billion by 2026. We have franchise's and fast food outlets which are not proudly South African and are dominating the market for many years the likes of KFC, Burger king, McDonald and many more. Many local restaurants, fast food and beverages businesses are facing challenges increasing competition, rising costs, bad debts, consumer needs, access of funding, start up capital and social problems.
