Landslide occurrence is due to the steep slope gradient, cut slope for federal road construction, presence of first stream order form a gully and parallel fault orientation to the slope. Heavy rainfall during wet season induce factor triggering landslide causing the mass movement under the influence of gravity. Several methods methods such as Weighted Overlay Method using GIS software is suitable to be generate Landslide Susceptibility Map when having limited data input in a short period
