International Exhibition of Artisan Gelato. MIG is the perfect platform for companies that produce semi-finished products, machines, equipments and services for artisan gelato parlour field. It was December 1959 when the first edition of “Gelato Exhibition” took place. Every year at the beginning of the the winter this international fair about the “cold dessert” sees Longarone as gelato capital and summon gelato makers from all around the world.
