The year 2020 has been a roller coaster ride for most of us. Everyone, everywhere, in some way or form, has faced life very differently than what they might be used to. Many have suffered, countless have lost and several are alone. During this pandemic where physical health is so well taken care of, mental health has hardly been even discussed. Due to the stigma attached it is hard for anyone facing such issues to communicate when they are themselves not really sure what's going on inside.
