Allison Moore | Vice President & Escrow Operations Manager | Old Republic Title.

Allison Moore is the Escrow Operations Manager for Old Republic Title Company for San Joaquin County, Fresno County, and San Luis Obispo County in the Central Valley of California. She joined Old Republic Title Company in June 2015 and successfully ran a high-volume escrow unit before taking on the role of Operations Manager in Fresno.

Prior to her title and escrow career, Allison worked for a regional builder in Reno, Nevada, and has held both her California Real Estate Salesperson and Broker licenses.

Having been in the real estate industry in Northern Nevada and California for the past 27 years, Allison has an in-depth knowledge of title, and escrow for both residential and commercial transactions, and takes pride in helping others and finding solutions for colleagues and customers alike.

Allison is passionate about her family- both at home and at work. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters working to fix up their mountain home, gardening, and golfing.

Paul D. Bojic | Real Estate Attorney | Law Offices of Paul D. Bojic

Paul D. Bojic is the principal owner of the Law Offices of Paul D. Bojic, a law firm whose majority of practice is transactional and litigation real estate law. His practice includes the representation of clients in transactional matters inclusive of the purchase and sale of residential real estate and the drafting, review and interpretation of the real estate purchase and sale contracts, documents and disclosures, and more.

Paul has been involved in 250 real estate mediation, arbitration and trials. He has extensive litigation experience in the drafting of complex commercial, income, business and residential real estate contracts, leases and easements and operating agreements, corporations, and limited liability companies as they relate to real estate and business.

He has represented real estate sellers and purchasers in over 6,000 residential, income and commercial real estate transactions. Paul has taught numerous real estate classes at Santiago Canyon, Santa Ana and Cerritos Colleges, has lectured in front of over 10,000 real estate agents, brokers and investors and testified as a real estate expert witness in numerous trials and arbitration. Mr. Bojic is a member of the State Bar of California, State Bar Real Estate Section, California Association and National Association of Real Estate.
