Urban Mobility India Conference & Expo

The flagship event, the annual Urban Mobility India Conference and Expo (UMI), is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs of Government of India. Hon'ble Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs inaugurates the event. UMI was born from the 2006 National Urban Transport Policy of India (NUTP) which places a strong emphasis on building capacities at both the state and the city levels to address urban transport problems and develop sustainable urban transport systems.
