World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA)

The WSAVA’s Foundation aims to improve global companion animal care by means of science and education.
Led by WSAVA Past President, Dr Gabriel Varga, it funds scientific and educational activities for the benefit of practicing veterinarians around the world. Its key project is the African Small and Companion Animal Network (AFSCAN), a ground-breaking initiative to support companion animal veterinarians in Africa and to advance the profession in a sustainable way.
